The Pathos Database is no longer being supported by Argonne National Laboratory and will be taken down in the near future. Curated data sets will be moved over to ANL's Patho-Gene database.

The Pathos Database is an resource developed and maintained by the Microbial Informatics Research Core of the Great Lakes RCE for Biodefense and Emerging Infectious Disease Research (GLRCE). The Core provides bioinformatics resources for interactive and precomputed analysis for the biodefense community in the form of:

    1. The Pathos and PathoGene DB's that comprise the computational infrastructure to provide general bioinformatics support to RCE researchers.

    2. Bioinformatics support to individual RCE research, developmental, career and postdoctoral projects.
